Referring Provider Helpful Documents

We will bill a patient's insurance, however we do offer a cash pay rate as well as sliding scale options when we have interns.
Most of our providers are contracted as a group, however certain insurances only will contract with individual providers. In general, we accept Medicare, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United and Tricare. Our front desk staff is happy to help your patient with their benefits. We do not accept Medicaid.
During the referal process, we will contact the patient for up to three weeks. After three weeks of failed contact, we will send back a fax letting you know that we were not able to schedule your patient. Likewise, if we schedule your patient, we will let you know.
If you would like additional information we can also communicate information such as screening scores, treatment plans, and if they are keeping their appointments. We understand that not every provider wants to be sent feedback on each session, so if there is anything in particular you would like to receive, please indicate on the referral.
We are happy to discuss your patient's progress in either a standardized report or through verbal discussion. Please contact our office and speak with management to determine what type of consult you are requesting.
